Rav Dhaliwal specialises in working with the portfolios of Venture and Growth Equity backed firms to develop their post-sales strategy and operations. Rav spent over 20 years working in Enterprise Software, most recently for Slack as the first London employee where he established the UK office and founded the Global Customer Success team. No stranger to hyper-growth startups, Rav has also built and led post-sales business units at Zendesk and Yammer (which was eventually acquired by Microsoft). Rav has published several books on Enterprise Software Deployment and is a regular public speaker and angel investor.
Chris Harris has been at the vanguard of the customer success movement, working at Microsoft during the move to a SaaS model. More recently, Chris has joined Blue Prism, setting up Customer Success. In the last 2 years, they have gone from 2 to 30 customer success staff, operationalised customer success, and brought in Gainsight in a compressed 7-week timeframe. Chris will share information on how to get ready for an efficient onboarding of CS technology.
