Business Systems Administrator, Gainsight
Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Administrator (BSA) for our Customer First Operations team. Customer First Operations supports customer-facing teams including customer success, professional services, and technical support. This role will design, build, and maintain the systems (department-specific), processes, and documentation required to meet the business goals and objectives of the assigned department. The BSA will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to implement solutions that transform the user and customer experiences to drive efficiency and scalability. This role will work closely with team members across the defined organizations to gain an intimate understanding of our business processes to develop thoughtful and innovative solutions to technical and business challenges. The BSA will be specifically responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of Gainsight and integrated systems such as Salesforce, GetFeedback, and others.
