Client Success Manager - Midwest/Chicago
Teachstone is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who understands that the success of our business is directly tied to the success of our client. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing high-value client relationships, understands how to align Teachstone solutions with client needs, and is skilled at identifying and delivering on expansion opportunities. Alongside the rest of the Teachstone team, the Client Success Manager will manage the satisfaction, longevity, and success of our clients. Asking themselves daily: How engaged are my clients? Are they getting the value they expect? Are they delighted by their experience with our organization? We’re looking for a detail-oriented self-starter, who is also a strong team player— a doer that fundamentally believes in the importance of high-quality interactions, be it between the teachers and children we serve or with the clients they engage with regularly.
