Customer Success Associate, Financial Services
The Customer Success Associate will be joining the Customer Success team who share a common goal to develop strong relationships with our clients in the institutional investing space. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for maximizing the service our clients receive from 7Park Data’s products and services.
Leveraging highly differentiated datasets, 7Park’s dashboards, reports, and data-feeds enable our customers to make critical business decisions. The Customer Success Associate, FS proactively drives engagement with clients’ current subscription packages and works closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for expansion.

This position reports to VP, Customer Success.
Develop strong relationships with clients, including Analysts and Heads of Research
Act as the central coordination point between Research, Sales and Product to drive client satisfaction, growth and retention
Produce client-facing newsletters incorporating insight and analysis drawn from 7Park’s data
Effectively onboard new clients, ensuring they understand the value and use cases of 7Park’s product suite
In conjunction with Sales and Research, accelerate the adoption of new products and services
Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure needs are being met
2-3 years of experience in market research and/or analytics products, with a focus on relationship management
Ability to work independently AND as part of cross functional teams
Strong storytelling skills, including a strong competency in turning raw data into strategic insights
Strong technical acumen and proven ability to effectively communicate complex topics verbally and in writing
Fearlessness in the pursuit of process improvement, implementation, and change
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the changing demands of a fast-paced, startup environment
Solutions oriented approach and multi-dimensional problem solving
