As our customer success manager you will work with globally recognisable brands from every corner of the globe. You’ll work closely with them as their dedicated customer success manager to create smarter, harder working wifi.
We have all the fun stuff you expect in a modern tech company like table tennis, casual dress and free drinks etc. But it’s the people that make our culture what it is, otherwise you’d still be playing table tennis with a twit. We’re all passionate about building a great company and giving our customers great service.
This is ultimately on going account management of our top 100 clients and will include tasks such as;
- Working with sales to understand a prospect's objectives by engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Understand how it fits with their business model and any other platforms they currently use.
- Look at which aspects of Purple they need and offer advice.
- Constant reviews once they are signed up to optimise their use and success of Purple.
- Account management experience.
- Very organised and have great time management.
- Ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent written communication skills.
