At Speechmatics we provide a bespoke service to our customers and partners in a variety of sectors (broadcast, telecommunications, healthcare etc). Our technology is helping these companies use speech-to-text services to add unprecedented value to their businesses. While doing all this, we also make sure our customers have the best experience possible!
As a member of the Customer Success team you will ensure our service is up to the highest standard from day one and our customers get the maximum value out of our solution. It is our conviction that the customer remains the focus throughout their journey with us. Deeply understanding their needs, industries and potential opportunities we strive to provide a truly bespoke solution and be a partner rather than just another vendor to delight our customers and help them succeed.
To be successful in this role you will be:
Outcome-oriented, passionate about being a core part of the revenue generation team and carrying a quota
Excited about learning new skills and willing to mentor others with a deep desire to help them reach their full potential
Excited about speech to text and its potential applications across a number of different industries and can see yourself being an evangelist for our product
Working with the Director of Customer Success to shape the company's strategy for customer success for all existing and new customers (spread across a number of different industries and geographies)
Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with customers to influence adoption and retention with partnership and direct clients
Use a data driven approach to monitor account health and ensure renewals and up-selling
Actively collaborate with other departments within the company including sales, marketing, product and customer support to deliver value to the customer and act as their internal champion at Speechmatics
Understand the customer's business and tailor solutions to maximise the value they get out of our product / return on investment
Travel to visit our customers and perform customer engagements such as executive and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
Commercial experience of working in customer success, account management, consultative sales or marketing role
Highly developed written and spoken communication skills and conceptual problem solving
Experience of working in a high growth B2B software business
Experience using Customer Relationship Management software
Proven record of leadership in professional and/or academic environments
Experience working with a headless API B2B product
