Customer Success Manager
ProductPlan is the easiest to start and easiest to use product roadmapping solution in the market today. We are building a system of record to help product teams communicate priorities, status and outcomes.
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will work closely with our customers to ensure product adoption and identify and remove obstacles to ensure their success. In particular, you will own the strategy for how to increase product usage across your customer’s organization while working closely with the sales team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for customer satisfaction, a blend of technical and customer-interaction skills, and a strong interest in SaaS and technology.
Candidates residing in the Santa Barbara area will be given preference although this is not required for individuals with a demonstrated track record of success within Customer Success.
● Lead new customers through the implementation and onboarding process.
● Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing ongoing proactive support throughout the customer life cycle.
● Identify actionable account strategies and proactively address potential customer churn.
● Identify opportunities to test new methods to improve customer engagement.
● Work closely with the ProductPlan sales to identify strategies for account growth
● Work with the product and engineering teams to identify top features identified by customers as well as resolve technical issues
