As a Feedback Loop Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll build deep relationships with our customers to help them realize and maximize value through use of the Feedback Loop agile research platform. You'll become a trusted advisor and the “go-to” person for recommendations, and will work closely with Feedback Loop’s customers--product, research, innovation, and marketing teams, helping them build or scale a practice of agile research within their organizations. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be adaptive and excited at the opportunity to work with diverse customers on a daily basis to drive engagement and success with the Feedback Loop consumer feedback platform.
