**Job Description:**
As the first Customer Success Manager at Trnsact, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will be the face of Trnsact, ensuring that our clients not only receive exceptional service but also understand the full value of our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with Trnsact.
- Onboard new clients, providing training and support to ensure smooth adoption of our services.
- Monitor customer health metrics, identify potential issues, and proactively provide solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve our offerings.
- Create and update resources like tutorials, FAQs, and user guides.
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing, and sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role, preferably in a fintech or startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
- Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.
