Customer Success Manager (Series A SaaS scale-up)
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager based in NYC, who is interested in building long-term relationships with our customers and helping them use our platform to achieve their strategic business communications goals.
At Happeo, Customer Success Managers are the trusted advisors for each of our customers on all topics around strategic business and internal communications. They have a deep understanding of how their customers work, what their challenges and opportunities are and love brainstorming ideas for new use cases to expand the value our customers get from Happeo.
You will be responsible for managing around 50 customer relationships. Some of your customers will be new while others may have been using Happeo for several years. You will work with your customers on a regular basis to understand their desired outcomes and success gaps and align them with the necessary resources to achieve them.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This position reports directly to the VP of Customer Success and MT member, based in Belgium).
