Director Customer Success Continental Europe
Lead and develop a Continental Europe Customer Success Management team and ensure the highest level of engagement and outcomes to Snow customers. Own the segment of High Touch customers in Continental Europe.
• Take full accountability to manage, develop and motivate the team of High Touch Customer Success Managers and act as day-to-day coach for the team members
• Create and deliver an annual business plan based on white space analysis and market analysis, including resource planning and budget plan
• Engage and align with leadership peers to agree on required actions to defend customer churn. Own the regional “Customer Watchlist process”
• Review and improve processes and define required augmentations
• Act as sponsor for customers within the central European customer base.
