Partner Success - Lead

We are on the hunt for a talented Partner Success Lead to join our operations squad. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the B2B saas ecosystem and experience working directly with accounts to increase their utilization and effectiveness of a product.

This role will start at the execution level meaning you will be offering the support but will come with a strong opportunity to ultimately lead the success team. Execution is doing the processes and learning directly what works and what doesn’t, next will come creating a standardization of the processes that do work, once we get there we will turn to scaling and building out a team.
This is the perfect role for someone wanting the path to move up quickly and grow their experience at all levels of partner success. We will be hiring based on aptitude to grow and develop into a director level role.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing our processes from the ground up for onboarding, training and support.
You will initially hold kickoff calls with new partners that are signed up by the sales team.
You will establish the support channels and knowledge base for partners
In tandem with other teams you will begin to establish key success metrics for partners to measure and manage retention.
Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
Review partner complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

Required
2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, account management or sales.
Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
Accountability and personal organization are essential
Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
Desired
Experience using hubspot suite, specifically their service hub
Saas experience and understanding of the levers involved to growing and retaining MRR
Knowledge or experience working within the skilled trades. Experience interacting with management in construction, manufacturing or heavy industries is a plus.
