RevOps Management Specialist – Sales/CS/Marketing
Zywave is searching for 3 RevOps Management Specialists to support our Revenue Operations organizations. The RevOps Management Specialists will focus in areas of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Be the conduit to driving a 360° view of our revenue lifecycle to provide actionable insights and data driven strategies
- Coordinate with CS&S, Sales, or Marketing leaders to develop a standard book of reporting for CS&S management to utilize for tracking key metrics / OKR’s / KPIs / ROI
- Develop, maintain and distribute CS&S, Sales, or Marketing reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPIs
- Support the CS&S, Sales, or Marketing organization in creating and maintaining scalable processes to optimize CS&S, Sales, or Marketing success and growth goals
- Create and maintain process documentation using best practices for accessibility, usability and accuracy
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving growth
- Primary point of contact for M&A integration efforts; create repeatable, streamlined process for integrating new acquisitions into the Revenue Operations organizations
- Act as the liaison between CS&S, Sales, or Marketing and Human Resources to support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career pathing
- Liaise with Compensation Manager and CS&S, Sales, or Marketing to create, maintain, and deliver comp plans
- Liaise with leaders to build board reports and presentations as needed
- Provide project management support for various project related initiatives as they arise
- Other projects and duties as assigned by manager
- Assist in Post-Sale Commercial Forecasting & Workflow Process – Renewals, Lost Business, and PS revenue & metrics
- CS&S Operational Process – define requirements for automation, consistency, scalability
- Support Cross Sell/Up Sell initiatives – reporting/tracking/insights
- Support new CS&S, Sales, or Marketing / PS Product Launches
What you should bring:
- BA/BS in Business, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or an equivalent degree
- 3 to 5 years prior experience in a SaaS organization
- 3 to 5 years prior experience in a highly complex sales, customer success or RevOps organization
- Possess analytical capabilities, can leverage organized and unorganized raw data to create insights
- High functioning knowledge of Excel
- Have experience in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com
- Work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple initiatives/projects
- Quick learner and highly self-motivated
- Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines
- Comfortable and articulate in working and communication cross-functionally as well as to senior leadership across the Revenue Operations organization
