What We Need
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team. The Senior Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and serving as a trusted advisor and consultant.
The focus of the Senior Client Success Manager is to own and drive client success plans and ensure clients realize the value of their Radix Investment. This is a strategically important role focused on Enterprise Clients and requires a structured, organized, and diligent approach to succeed.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships in a consulting or advisory role.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor on all aspects of their business
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and provide guidance and recommendations on how Radix products and services can help them achieve those goals
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and develop strategic plans to capitalize on those opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support, to ensure a seamless client experience and delivery of value-added services
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders on client performance, satisfaction, and engagement
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior members of the Client Success team, sharing best practices and providing guidance on complex client issues
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal stakeholders
Key Qualifications to Have
- 5+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or consulting role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. Bonus if you have experience in the Multifamily Industry
- Ability to drive the people, process, and technology aspects of a software solution to ensure adoption and value realization
- Superior business acumen with the ability to use business context to generate creative, pragmatic solutions to achieve business objectives
- An entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to successfully work independently with little guidance; using good judgment to escalate issues when needed
- Technologically savvy and able to learn Radix products and services, technologies, and business
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
