We are looking for a customer success manager to fully support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active product users, with a focus on building customer loyalty and ensuring long term relationships.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's relationship with its customers. Working closely with all internal teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships. You will be responsible and take ownership for creating committed customers and ensure that customers derive maximum value and utilization from our technology and services such that they renew and expand as loyal customers.
