Sr. Services Systems Analyst

The Plex Customer Success and Services (CSS) Operations team is fundamental in enabling the success and driving productivity initiatives for Plex’s CSS organization.
As a Services Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring all CSS business units have the appropriate tools and processes in place to ensure their success. The role is responsible for rollout and management of Salesforce tools across our services organization, building reporting and dashboards as well as support of other software tools such as Workday, PSA, and tools to support our newly launched Customer Success function. The position requires the candidate to work cross-functionally with other departments and partners, and therefore requires exceptional communications skills and high energy. This role reports to the Sr. Director of CSS Operations.
Optimization and support of Professional Services Automation (PSA) software in support of Plex’s consulting organization
Implementation and ongoing support for Customer Success tools
Development of dashboards and other reporting for all areas of the CSS team
Continually evaluate the needs of Services team constituents and communicate recommended changes to the management team
Support the ongoing implementations of key systems and tools to meet ever-changing business needs
Ongoing process definition and improvement
Desired Skills & Experience:
5-10 Years working in a software services organization: Professional Services/consulting, Support, Customer Success, and/or Education Services
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, preferred experience with Workday or Customer Success platforms
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results
Experience with Business Intelligence/database fundamentals to aid in report development
Experience with developing technical processes and procedures
Self-starter. Originality and creativity with ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage large data-sets and structures (relational database experience a plus)
Technology savvy and quick to learn new products and frameworks
Proven communication, customer service and problem-solving skills including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deliverables as well as routinely prioritize among major initiatives and operational tasks
Project management skills a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and businesses
Results oriented with a strong concern for quality
Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
