Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager on the Customer Success team at 7Park Data, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in receiving data via API and Bulk Delivery. Leveraging a highly differentiated and robust data-driven report offering, the Technical Account Manager works closely with our corporate and financial services customers to ensure effective implementation of 7Park’s data delivery channels.

Act as the central coordination point for new and existing clients receiving data via API or bulk data delivery
Educate customers on the use cases for 7Park’s data offerings
Influence the prioritization of product improvements using client feedback
Effectively onboard new clients, ensuring they understand the value and use cases of 7Park’s product suite
In conjunction with Sales and Customer Success colleagues, accelerate the adoption of new products and identify opportunities to expand data delivery channels for clients
3-5 years of experience in a similar role for a data product company or team
Experience with Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud / Microsoft Azure
Proficiency in Python
Experience working with large scale APIs and/or service-oriented architectures in a customer facing role
Ability to work independently AND as part of cross functional team
Strong technical acumen and proven ability to effectively communicate complex topics verbally and in writing with both non-technical and technical users, including engineers
