Compensation: USD3 - 5/hourly.
+ Overtime pay (1.5x pay rate).
+ Holiday pay (up to 2x pay rate).
Location: Remote (for Argentina, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay residents).
Skills: Knowledge on customer care, technical support and phone support.

Responsibilities and more:
- The customer service representative (CSR) will provide call servicing and support functions to United States-based client companies.
- Primary responsibility is call-servicing, both inbound and outbound, for internal or external customers, and may include additional activities as the client needs.
- Additional activities can vary, including retention and sales initiatives/campaigns, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions as needed.
