Customer Interviews are meant to help product people gain qualitative insights on how and why customers and users buy and use products. But it’s really more than that. Customer interviews allow us to connect with the very people that use our product at a deep level. In this talk, we’ll outline how Product Collective’s Customer Interview process helped lead to its single biggest delighter ever launched to-date.
