AAs President and Head of Product at UserVoice, Matt Young is overseeing the next evolution of the core UserVoice product. He joined UserVoice in 2015 as VP of Engineering, bringing with him a history of engineering team leadership in SaaS enterprise software. Previously, Matt was VP of Engineering at Help.com and CTO of Vodori, where he ran engineering disciplines and assisted in overall product and company growth.

Chief Customer Officer, UserVoice

UserVoice CCO, Aaron Lapierre is responsible for UserVoice’s full customer journey, from prospecting to acquisition, value realization, to growth. He joined the company in 2017 as Director of Customer Success, bringing with him a history growing and leading the Customer Experience discipline at DoubleDutch. Prior to DoubleDutch, Aaron got his start in implementation at ELT, Inc., where he oversaw deployment of eLearning initiatives in compliance law training.
