  • Gainsight Admin Product Enablement 2

    Intended for GS Administrators or those responsible for advancing GS within their orgs. We will be covering four different topics, providing specific use cases and opportunities to practice what is learned in a workshop/lab environment.

Pulse is the biggest event in the Customer Success world. Every year, we bring together thousands of Post-Sales professionals to learn, network, and have a ton of fun. Our breakout sessions consist of single and multi-speaker presentations, panels, and fireside chats. They cover beginner and advanced-level best practices around scaling, instituting, and innovating the Customer Success discipline. With over 5000 attendees expected, speaking at Pulse 2019 is an opportunity to highlight your achievements on one of the industry’s largest platforms.


Customer Success is constantly evolving—and you’re a huge part of that! We’re looking for Customer Success visionaries who have a unique story to share. We continuously strive to be inclusive and create a diverse speaker lineup comprised of folks from all sorts of backgrounds and industries. What’s your journey? What challenges have you overcome? The ideal Pulse speaker is:

  • Fired up about sharing their Customer Success experiences, real-world tactics, and expertise.
  • Willing to partner with us to produce and deliver the best possible experience for our audience.
  • Ready to ignite their network and spark interest in their session and Pulse 2019.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of crowds ranging from 50-200 people.

Our deadline for speaker submissions is December 17th, 2018. With the number of submissions we receive, we cannot guarantee that everyone who submits a proposal will be chosen. If you are selected to speak at Pulse 2019, you’ll hear from us in late February. Even if you aren’t chosen this year, we encourage you to submit your topic for Pulse 2020 or one of our other events.
