  • How do I register for sessions?

    You will not need to register for breakout sessions you want to attend. All rooms are seated on a first come - first served basis. You will be able to build your desired agenda via the Mobile App in October. Instructions will be sent to all registered attendees.

  • What type of sessions are being offered?

    You can view our complete agenda here and filter by date, time or track.

  • What advice can you provide for building out my agenda for sessions/tracks I want to attend?

    Sessions do not repeat. It's definitely possible that there will be multiple concurrent sessions across different tracks that you'd want to attend (this is partly why we always encourage multiple people to attend from an organisation so they can divide and conquer the great content).The good news is that after the conference we distribute audio recordings and slides from every breakout session, so even if you miss one, you'll be able to get caught up.

  • Will sessions be translated?

    We will not be translating the Pulse Europe conference or Pulse Academy to any language. These events will be conducted in English and the presentations will be made available after the conference ends in English as well.

  • What is Pulse Academy?

    Pulse Academy is the premier Customer Success educational event in the world, offering a multi-course, day-long immersive educational experience for CS professionals of all levels.We will have more information about the format of the training courses when we open registration in July; however, we have plans to offer something completely refreshed with more hands-on training and actionable takeaways. There will be interactive courses offered for Essential Customer Success and Advanced Customer Success.

  • How much does it cost to attend Pulse Academy?

    Pulse Academy Live Tickets are £299, £358.80 including VAT.

  • How do I register for Pulse Academy if I’ve already completed my Pulse Europe registration?

    Pulse Academy tickets must be purchased separately from your Pulse Eruope Conference pass. You can register by going here and clicking on the “Register Now” button. Enter in the quantity of tickets next to the ticket type, then click on the “Order Now” button.

  • Do I need to register for Pulse Europe in order to attend the Academy?

    No, you don't need a Pulse Europe conference pass to attend Pulse Academy. We recommend purchasing both to get the full Pulse experience, but it's not required.

  • Do I need to select the sessions I wish to attend once I purchase my Pulse Academy ticket?

    No. You will select your track at the time of ticket purchase. You will be directed to the appropriate track room when you arrive at the event.

  • How do I know which sessions are in my selected Pulse Academy Live track?

    You can view the sessions specific to your track by going here and then clicking “Academy” on the navigation menu. Agendas for each track will be listed here.

  • What is the Academy cancellation policy?

    CUSTOMER SUCCESS FUNDAMENTALS

    This course will provide you with the foundation necessary to be successful in this rapidly-growing profession. It’s perfect for those new to Customer Success, new to the role of CSM, or anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of CS.

    ADVANCED CUSTOMER SUCCESS*

    This advanced course is intended for leadership and Pulse Academy alumni. We’ll deep-dive into key metrics and strategies in sessions, roundtables, and small groups.

    GAINSIGHT ADMIN PRODUCT ENABLEMENT**

    Intended for GS Administrators or those responsible for advancing GS within their orgs. We will be covering four different topics, providing specific use cases and opportunities to practice what is learned in a workshop/lab environment.

    * Recommended for Pulse Academy alumni or those who’ve been in a CSM Role for some time

    ** Prerequisite Courses: Admin-Basic Data Management, Admin-Basic Rules Engine

  • Do I need to bring anything to Academy?

    CUSTOMER SUCCESS FUNDAMENTALS

    Bring a paper notepad and pens to take notes. You will also need your charged laptops to take the certification exam. But, we ask that you please keep your laptops closed during the sessions and minimize the use of your phone out of courtesy to those around you. We understand that this is a working day so we have several breaks built into the Agenda so you can check your emails.

    ADVANCED CUSTOMER SUCCESS

  • If I’ve completed the online 101, 201, 301 courses, what course should I take?

    You are better suited for the Advanced Course.

  • I can’t make it on 4 November, are materials available after?

    All slides are made available to course attendees shortly after the event. We do have an option of creating a Pulse Academy Live on-site course which could be customized to align with your company's and CS-team strategic and tactical needs. If your team is generally 15-20 in size, this approach might be a higher-value option to consider. If interested, I would suggest a discovery call, please email PulseEurope@gainsight.com.

  • Are meals included with my Academy registration?

    Light Breakfast and Lunch are included with your Pulse Academy Live pass.

  • Will I receive a certification from Pulse Academy Live?

    Pulse Academy courses on 4 November do not include a certification as all CS Industry Certifications are attained through Pulse+. That being said, all attendees of Pulse Academy Live will be given a 50% discount code to apply to the annual Pulse+ membership.
