There are wonderful online opportunities to connect with customer success peers. Here are some recommendations:

  • Gainsight’s Gamechangers Customer Community: An online place for Gainsight Customers to inspire and push each other to new heights, learn and grow together, and now connect more than ever.
  • Global Gainsight Admin Slack: If your role in CS Ops includes administration of Gainsight, you want to be part of this community-driven channel to hear about specific product solutions and share best practices with other Admins.
  • Gain, Grow, Retain: Open community for Customer Success leaders in B2B SaaS organizations designed to get access to direct, actionable support from peers on how to best serve your customers.
  • Pulse Everywhere and other Customer Success related events: Whether you’re just exploring the field or have many years in a Customer Success career, register for the 100% free Pulse Everywhere conference. Customer Success leaders share best practices, incredible content, virtual networking and digital connections.

  • Customer Success Chat by Gainsight: An open community for CS professionals with opportunities to learn, network, and share thoughts on all things CSM
  • RevOps: A community which covers all flavors of Revenue Operations which overlays with customer revenue managed by CS Ops
