COVID POLICY AS OF SEPTEMBER 23, 2021

The health and safety of our attendees and employees is our top priority. Our goal is to minimize risk and provide a safe environment for all present. As such, Gainsight has made the decision that all participants at the in-person Pulse CxO Summit in Santa Barbara on October 12-14, 2021 will be required to provide proof of full vaccination as defined by the CDC.

As an added layer of COVID safety, we’ve decided to bring Concierge MD onsite on October 12th to conduct Rapid Antigen testing. A negative test result will be required in addition to your proof of vaccination in order to receive your badge. You may present your physical vaccination certificate, a photo of it, or your state-provided digital record. The tests will take 15 minutes so please plan extra time at registration.

In addition, we’ve limited the total group size to 60 executives as an extra layer of caution. We will also host all meals and breaks outdoors along with the option for small group discussions to take place outdoors.

Additionally, Hotel Californian is following current orders from the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department which, at this time, requires all individuals – regardless of vaccination status – to wear a mask at all times in indoor public settings.

As we’ve experienced this past year and a half, the Covid situation is quite a fluid one and thus, our Covid protocols and procedures are subject to change as we receive updated guidance from the CDC, state, and county public health departments.
