Turning Care into Lasting Impact
At Gainsight, corporate social responsibility is rooted in a simple belief: meaningful change begins by understanding what communities truly need. Guided by our values of the Golden Rule and Success for All, we strive to extend our impact beyond our business by supporting initiatives that help people and communities thrive.
During 2025–2026, we connected with several nonprofit organizations and visited their facilities across Hyderabad and Bengaluru, India. These interactions allowed us to learn directly from the people leading the work, understand the challenges faced by their communities and identify where our support could make a meaningful and lasting difference.
This year, Gainsight contributed INR 79 lakhs across four organizations, with a continued focus on the health, education and well-being of children.
Hyderabad
Desire Society – INR 25 lakhs
Supporting children living with HIV through tuition assistance and improvements to hostel infrastructure.
Soham Academy – INR 20 lakhs
Expanding access to robotics education for students in government schools.
Helping Hands Humanity – INR 14 lakhs
Building on our partnership from the previous year, including the donation of a school bus, by supporting children’s education expenses and providing essential groceries.
Bengaluru
Rakshana Charitable Trust – INR 20 lakhs
Supporting community welfare initiatives and educational opportunities for underserved children.
