Request Deletion of Your Data
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you’d like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, just let us know.
How it works:
- Submit a request using the form below (or email us at privacy@gainsight.com).
- We’ll verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
- We’ll process your request within a timely fashion and confirm once it’s complete.
A few things to know:
- Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons (for example, billing records required by law).
- If you’re a customer using Gainsight through your employer, some data may be controlled by your organization – and we may not be able to comply with your request.
- Deleting your data could affect your ability to use certain Gainsight products or services.
- Deletion of your data does not terminate any contractual relationships between yourself and Gainsight.
