Purpose and Scope
Success for All is a core Gainsight value. We extend it to our supply chain by requiring suppliers to meet the standards below, and we deal with suppliers fairly and with clear expectations.
This Code sets the minimum standards Gainsight requires of its suppliers. It reflects Gainsight’s commitment to respecting human rights.
It applies to all suppliers and business partners, including their employees, contractors, agents, and subcontractors, in all geographies. “Supplier” means any vendor or business partner providing goods, services, or software to Gainsight.
This Code is guided by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Suppliers must:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibit bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement.
- Disclose and avoid conflicts of interest.
- Compete fairly and comply with competition law.
- Maintain accurate business and financial records.
Human Rights and Labor
Suppliers must treat all workers, including temporary, contract, and student workers, with dignity and respect. Suppliers must:
- Prohibit forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and servitude. Gainsight has zero tolerance for these practices.
- Not retain workers’ identity documents or charge workers recruitment fees.
- Comply with minimum working age laws and protect young workers from hazardous work.
- Keep working hours within legal limits and provide legally required rest and leave.
- Pay at least the legal minimum wage, and provide overtime pay and benefits as required by applicable law.
- Prohibit discrimination, harassment, and abuse.
- Respect workers’ lawful rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- Provide a safe and healthy workplace.
These standards also apply to suppliers supporting technology and AI work, including data labelers and content moderators.
Environment
Suppliers must comply with applicable environmental laws and minimize pollution and resource waste. Suppliers are encouraged to measure their environmental impact and are encouraged to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy use, water use, and waste.
Data Privacy and Information Security
Suppliers must:
- Protect the confidential and personal information of Gainsight, its customers, and its employees.
- Collect and use data only as necessary and as permitted by law and contract.
- Comply with applicable data protection laws and all contractual obligations with respect to the protection of Gainsight’s data, and maintain appropriate security controls.
- Notify Gainsight promptly of any incident affecting Gainsight data.
Supply Chain Responsibility
Suppliers must apply the standards in this Code to their own suppliers and subcontractors.
Reporting Concerns
Suppliers must promptly report any known or suspected violation of this Code to askts@gainsight.com. Reports are handled confidentially. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is strictly prohibited and is itself a violation of this Code.
Compliance and Consequences
Strict compliance with this Code is a condition of doing business with Gainsight. By continuing to do business with Gainsight, suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code. Suppliers must provide accurate and timely information on request, including responses to Gainsight’s compliance requests, and notify Gainsight promptly of any material change affecting their compliance with this Code.
If a supplier does not comply, Gainsight may require a corrective action plan and, subject to the terms of its agreement with the supplier, withhold new business or terminate the relationship. Gainsight reviews this Code annually and may update it at any time.
