Examples of appropriate assurances that may be provided by third party partners include a contract obligating the third party partner to provide at least the same level of protection for the personal information it has access to as is required by the Privacy Shield Principles or Privacy Shield certification by the third party partner. 4. SECURITY: Gainsight will take reasonable and industry standard precautions to protect personal information in its possession from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
