Award submissions are open to all Gainsight customers. Nominations will be accepted January 16th - February 23rd, 2024

IN ORDER TO WIN

  • You agree to the GameChanger Terms listed below.
  • Your results must have been achieved between 2023 and 2024
  • Your business is located in the USA for the Pulse US GameChanger awards and in Europe for the Pulse Europe GameChanger awards.
  • Submissions must include substantial quantitative and qualitative results.
  • Please submit your nomination using the ppt template provided.
  • For the best chance of winning, we encourage submissions to be as thoughtful and detailed as possible.

GameChanger Award FAQ's

  • Can you submit more then one nomination?  Each company can apply for up to 2 categories
  • What makes a good submission?  A submission that shows data and numbers to support your case, and shows the outcomes your received have a much higher chance of winning, then those that do not show data. To help you, we’ve put together this submission template!
  • What form does the submission need to be in?  Please submit your nomination using this submission template, no later than February 23rd, 2024.
  • Will the deadline be extended?  No, the deadline is February 23rd, 2024.
  • Will my submission be published without my consent?  No. However, submitting a nomination is your formal agreement to collaborating with Gainsight on a customer story, regardless of the outcome of your nomination.

GameChanger Award Terms

Submitter grants approval to use company logo and name in marketing assets including but not limited to GameChangers. You warrant that you are the sole owner of the Content and have full power and authority to enter into the Agreement and that the Content does not infringe any intellectual property rights or contain any scandalous, libelous or unlawful matter. You shall defend, indemnify and hold Gainsight, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and other representatives harmless from all third-party actions, suites or claims (collectively, “Claims”) arising from an infringement of any trademark, service mark, patent, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to Gainsight’s use of the Content. Gainsight shall have the right to approve counsel chosen by you to defend the Claim. In the event a conflict arises in defense of any Claim, Gainsight shall have the right to engage independent counsel, chosen and compensated by Gainsight, participate in the proceedings adjudicating and settling the Claims. Submissions will be converted to case studies post Pulse and do not require additional approval. Submitters agree to collaborate on case studies should additional information be needed. Submitters may be additionally asked to complete G2 review, testimonial video, or follow-up webinar.
