Sub-Processors
List of Gainsight Sub-Processors Last Updated: October 2023 Gainsight, Inc. (“Gainsight,” “Our” or “We”) uses the third-party companies below (each, a “Sub-processor”) to process personal data on behalf of Gainsight’s clients (each, a “Client” and collectively, the “Clients”) in support of the provision of certain Gainsight subscription and professional services subscribed to by a Client (collectively, the “Services”). Gainsight has carried out due diligence on each Sub-processor to ensure that it can provide sufficient guarantees to protect the privacy and security of the data they process on our behalf, including by performing a security review and data protection impact assessment (DPIA). Gainsight has entered into a written agreement with each Sub-processor that imposes data protection obligations no less protective of personal data than those set out in our agreement with our Clients, and which incorporate the 2021 EU standard contractual clauses. This agreement, among other things, requires the applicable Sub-processor to process personal data only on our documented instructions, to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data they process on our behalf, and to assist us in meeting our obligations under applicable data privacy laws.
