The GameChanger Awards are designed to recognize and celebrate our customers leveraging Gainsight to change the game of customer success and experience for their companies, customers, teammates, and partners. A GameChanger is intuitive, always authentic, never stops challenging the status quo, and just might have superpowers. Sound like you? We thought so!

Nominations must be submitted by 6pm PT on Friday, May 14th. Winners will be celebrated during Pulse Everywhere taking place virtually on June 9th-11th, and will receive their official GameChangers Award and prize.

The GameChanger Award Categories & Descriptions


The Visionary knows that without a unified view of their customer data, their teams wouldn’t have the full picture of what their customers need to achieve outcomes. These leaders and teams have mastered using 360 views, scorecards, and advanced reporting to shift their teams from reactive to proactive. Please share examples and metrics.

This award recognizes an organization that has not only risen to the occasion to take on unforeseen challenges but has found solutions to thrive with an uncompromising dedication to the success of the individuals in their organization, their customer base, or their community. Even in the face of uncertainty, this business thinks beyond their products and their strategic plans and sets their sights on the positive effects they can have on the humans who they impact.

Award Qualifications

Award submissions are open to all Gainsight customers. Please submit all applications by 6pm PT on Friday, May 14th for selection!

In Order to Win:

Results must have been achieved between March 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2021.

Submissions must include substantial quantitative and qualitative results.

Please submit as a Microsoft Word .DOC or Adobe .PDF, including any supporting screenshots or data.

For the best chance of winning, we encourage submissions to be as thoughtful and detailed as possible.
