Product Education

Product education is the ongoing process of helping both new and existing users find value in your product and gain confidence in their ability to use it. With effective product education, users will achieve their goals with the product, which will increase product stickiness and lead to higher rates of retention and expansion. Product education can be achieved through training or passive communications like manuals and walkthrough videos, but often the most powerful education is delivered through interactive, in-product engagements.
