Customer Education Manager

The Role
The ideal candidate will become part of a critical part of our business, supporting our customers through creating the best possible communications, customer experience and educating on the value of our products and services.
You will work closely with Customer Success and cross functional teams to develop and implement effective programs that guide customers to the most relevant education, learning and enablement resources, utilizing appropriate communication and support systems.
You will help build advocacy within our growing customer base, and further understanding of the powerful digital transformation we are leading with our solutions for customers to improve their data, insight and workflows.

Responsibilities
- This is a hands on dynamic role creating educational content, programs and actively supporting customer education from their onboarding and throughout their ongoing learning journey with us
- Work closely with cross functional teams to communicate the value of Proda products and services and educate customers on how to get the best value from them
- Build and foster advocacy for Proda and drive understanding of our offering
- Optimise communication and customer support tools to drive understanding and usage of our application
- Think critically to make suggestions to improvements in process and tooling
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and passionate about customer experience
- Proven track record in launching educational programs to positively impact customer outcomes
- Experience with some of the following: CMS/LMS, analytics and software such as vidyard, mixpanel, and HubSpot for campaigns
- Experience with some customer success and support systems such as Gainsight, Zendesk, Intercom
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years’ experience in customer education, customer marketing lifecycle, communications program management or a similar role preferably in a Saas environment

Founded in 2017 by Charles and Peter, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals, PRODA is now 70 people and growing rapidly, and is looking to expand rapidly following a successful Series A raise in Q2 2022.
