  • Relationship Surveys define and deliver Net Promoter surveys to clients. View by Salesforce.com account and contact role (e.g., responses from Decision Makers versus Users).
  • Transactional Surveys define and deliver surveys after key events (e.g., implementation, post-support case). View by Salesforce.com account and contact role (e.g., responses from Decision Makers versus Users).
  • Survey Alerts analyze responses across Relationship and Transactional Surveys. Analyze responses by time, users, customers, response rate, etc.
