In-product Messaging

What is In-product messaging?

In-product messaging is communication with product users that happens entirely within the context of the product itself. This channel is important because it is an extremely targeted, relevant, and versatile means of communicating with users. In-product messaging can be used to deliver messages about fixes, updates, troubleshooting, user guides, new product offers, general marketing, and more—pretty much any customer communication task can be accomplished.
