About the job
The Operational Excellence Group is a newly formed function responsible for identifying and helping design and build key process improvements and enhancements, contributing to the Dudes goal of increasing operational scale and leverage. The group will partner with business leaders to proactively identify, develop and execute various process initiatives. The group will also investigate certain critical operational events and identify key lessons and potential systemic concerns across the business. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team including operations, technology, and data science. Successful professionals in the group will demonstrate a strong understanding of process modeling, general business operational acumen, capacity to leverage technology, data analytics, and strong working relationships with business partners.
What you’ll be doing
The Client Success Operational Excellence Analyst is expected to understand various operational processes, help analyze data and identify improvement opportunities. Specific responsibilities will include:
Contribute towards helping develop an approach for the OE function.
Design and execute on the plan for development of projects and other related activities
Assist in the identification and creation of a tool-set to facilitate the OE process.
Partner with leadership at various levels across the Dude to analyze process data and surface improvement opportunities.
Day-to-day work may involve process mapping, data analysis, project planning, understanding root-causes of operating errors and other related events, and interacting with people at various levels to understand issues and emerging risks.
Scope of the work/projects include but is not limited to process analysis, efficiencies, automation, technology adoption, and driving innovation.
Work closely with the leaders of various functions to plan, define, manage and communicate priorities for the transformation or change initiatives.
What you need
5 – 7 years of relevant experience in Operations
4-year degree in business or technology related field preferred
Gainsight Administration Certification required
Must be able to create and edit CTAs
Must be able to use Journey Orchestrator for client campaigns
Must be able to build & manage bionic rules
Must be able to build & manage Gainsight dashboards
Must have working knowledge of the MDA
3 + years with process modeling, requirements development, or process improvement
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
Must be highly organized and process driven
Strong ability to manage a project
Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SharePoint skills are a plus
Must have experience with an object-based process modeling tool such as Adonis, Bizagi, or Oryx
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma a plus
