WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Serving as the liaison between Relias and its customer base
Applying industry knowledge to ensure customers have the best products for their needs
Collaborating with our IT team for needed enhancements and solutions to the products offered
Conducting regular trainings and explaining technical concepts to customers
Monitoring customer satisfaction ratings
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
8-10 years of experience within one of our core markets:
Acute Care (preferred)
Health & Human Services, or
Intellectual & Development Disabilities
Background in Training, Compliance, and/or Administration is a huge plus
Experience managing projects, account management, or enterprise level customer support
High sense of urgency, patience, and flexibility
