About the Role
Our Customer Success team is committed to helping our customers adopt Vimocity as both a technology platform as well as a holistic approach to workplace safety and personal movement health. We strive to help our customers build Vimocity into their existing company infrastructure and culture. From onboarding to business as usual, our Customer Success Team guides our customers to get the most value out of Vimocity over time.
We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help support and grow our largest and most strategic customers. As a Vimocity Enterprise CSM, you’ll guide the customer to roll out Vimocity successfully, adopt it widely across their organization, and ensure they continuously gain business value from our products and services. By engaging your customers with a consultative approach, you’ll position yourself as a long-term strategic partner and trusted point of contact across their lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, sustainability and renewal.
This position requires a high level of organization, project management capabilities, situational awareness, adaptability, and a deep desire to serve others.
What You'll Be Doing
-Act as the primary point of contact across your customer portfolio's lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, sustainability and renewal; Serve as an expert on Vimocity’s project management and implementation methodology.
-Work with customers to understand their motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired outcomes; in collaboration with the customers, create implementation plans that include adoption strategy, timelines, and communication strategies
-Manage multiple concurrent customers of varying budget, sizes and complexity
-Build strategic customer relationships at the senior leadership level and provide insight, reporting and guidance; facilitate regular meetings to review adoption and outcomes
-Continuously improve delivery methodology
-Act as the voice of your customers cross-functionally within Vimocity, providing feedback to the Product team and broader business.
-Collaborate closely with Vimocity counterparts to analyze customer data to identify, communicate, and act upon both risks and opportunities; proactively drive data-driven, account-focused actions to increase customer engagement and product adoption
-3+ Years experience as a Customer Success Manager or a customer-facing Project Manager.
-Bachelor’s level degree in a relevant field.
-Proven ability to engage with customers resulting in high customer satisfaction.
-Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
-Self-motivated, proactive team player. You’re able to zoom in to granular details and also zoom out to understand how and why decisions are made.
-Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing project deliverables, remain calm under pressure, complete project deliverables and work collaboratively across teams.
-Technologically proficient. Competence in tools including G-Suite, project management software, and collaboration software.
