Customer Success Manager

Description
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join us on our journey as we revolutionise strategic planning. This is a great opportunity to join a young startup founded by experienced business leaders with a strong team behind them.
As a CSM at Lucidity, you’ll be working with enterprise clients and partners to understand their problem space and how the Lucidity platform can help them plan, execute and communicate their strategy more effectively. You’ll be involved in the whole customer lifecycle, providing input at the sales stage, onboarding new users, and supporting existing customers. As well as driving the initial implementation and integration, you’ll educate customers on new features and best practices and help increase the value Lucidity delivers to their business. Most importantly, you love using tech to solve problems and can build strong working relationships.
What you’ll do
- Be responsible for our customers and their success
- Oversee the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, success, renewal, and churn
- Improve customer retention metrics (adoption, retention, engagement) and increase usage by analysing user behaviour
- Become a Lucidity product champion and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers toward their desired outcomes
- Make sure that customers get maximum value from Lucidity and give them insight into this through high-touch relationship building
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure we’re meeting customer expectations
Who you are
- You have a passion for customer success with 2+ years in a CSM role or a similar
- You’re an effective communicator, which includes being a great listener and observer as well as a great strong presenter
- You’re a quick learner who can handle the rapid changes in a startup environment and is curious about technology
- You’re proactive and entrepreneurial with a positive, team-first attitude
- You’re analytical, organised, and solutions-oriented
- You’re a natural problem solver and can easily convey complex subject matters
