The Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our San Mateo-based team who is driven, hard-working, and adaptable. You have experience building new relationships in existing accounts and hunting for new usage and use cases across your book of business. This role will have a significant opportunity to make an impact by joining as a founding Account Manager in the Evisort Customer Experience organization.
What You'll Do:
-Uncover, educate, and close new usage and use cases with high-valued existing customers on time and on the forecast that meets company metrics and objectives
-Identify areas for growth in support of the overall account strategy by cultivating close relationships with key account decision makers and developing cross-organizational and multi-departmental relationships
-Become an expert in translating the Evisort AI contracting platform into the language of the customer to sell the outcome impact to business buyers
-Develop the account strategy to grow revenue and drive retention within existing accounts and take responsibility for driving progress on the account strategy
-Accountable for providing a weekly forecast of your total business.
Skills/Qualifications:
-3-5 successful quota years experience as an Account Manager
-Previous SaaS sales and commercial quota carrying, sales experience
-Experience and process success at strategic partnering, network building, and creating outcomes to further customer engagement and loyalty
-Challenger of status quo by identifying use cases for quantifiable business value through process improvement. Close attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented, customer mindset to uncover and prove out multiple lands and expand use cases.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate Evisort’s value proposition to C-level executives across legal, finance, and procurement
